This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. It contains no forms. We do not keep a log of page visits. The site is hosted on a server we operate at DigitalOcean, which carries its network traffic.
Email and orders
When you email us or send an intake form, we receive your name, firm, contact details, and what you choose to tell us about your matter. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
We use this information to:
- answer you and prepare the brief you order;
- run our conflict check: each suit is sold to one customer, so we keep a record of which suit each order concerned and who placed it;
- invoice and keep the business records the law requires.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share your intake material or your brief with anyone else, including other customers, except with service providers who handle it for us (such as our email host) or where the law requires it.
Please send only what the comparison needs. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, sealed material, or documents under a protective order.
Public records in our briefs
Briefs report public court records and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation's public closed-claim data. They are organized by case. We do not compile profiles of individual physicians or other providers, and we do not answer requests about a particular provider. If you believe a record we report is wrong, see Corrections.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@medmalscout.com. We keep order and conflict-check records as long as needed to honor the one-customer-per-suit rule and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
