These terms cover your use of medmalscout.com. Briefs are ordered separately, on the terms we confirm in writing when we accept an order.
Not legal advice
MedMalScout is an independent publisher of factual case comparisons. It is not a law firm, and nothing on this site or in a brief is legal advice. Using this site or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
What a brief is
A brief reports what public court records and Florida Office of Insurance Regulation closed-claim records show, cites each figure to its record, and states where records are incomplete. It does not value a claim, suggest a settlement figure, or predict an outcome. Closed-claim records are reported by insurers and are reported by us as filed; we do not guarantee that the underlying public records are complete or correct.
Orders
We accept an order only after a conflict check. Each suit is sold to one customer, and we do not prepare case-specific briefs for mediators or other neutrals. We may decline any order.
Site content
The text and design of this site belong to MedMalScout. You may link to it and quote it with attribution. The site is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
